Cancellation conditions

If the unfortunate happens and you cannot start your trip, here are our cancellation conditions for individual bookings:

:: Cancellations free of charge up until 2 days before arrival, otherwise we charge one night.
:: Non-refundable rate: Here you can save on the room rate, but the booking conditions are different from the normal conditions. The entire price of the booking will be charged to your credit card on the day of reservation and is non-refundable.
:: Please note that in case of cancellation, change or "no-show" due to illness or other circumstances, the advance payment will not be refunded.
